Why work at The New Duff?

We’re all about doing the right thing, even if it’s not the easy thing. From pop-up events to charity events, the food we serve, the people we employ and the country we call home, we’re always striving to carry things across the finish line, no matter how challenging it gets.

We pride ourselves in communicating clearly and often and always deliver world-class experience and innovative products with traditional Bahamian Hospitality. Whether you are looking for full time or part-time we offer both fixed and flexible schedules so you can work as much or as little as you need.
