Ordering, Payments & Content Usage

  • Food Orders: Processed exclusively through DoorDash. Financial transactions are handled securely by DoorDash or PayPal; Gran Bahama does not store payment card information.

  • E-commerce: Fulfillment occurs via Canada Post, and payments are processed through PayPal.

  • Newsletter Subscriptions: Managed via Mailchimp, only with your explicit opt-in consent.

  • Contact Forms: Submissions (e.g. inquiries, franchise interest, catering requests) are collected through Squarespace forms and securely stored in Google Workspace.

  • Analytics: We use Google Analytics and Squarespace analytics, but only after you consent to non-essential cookies via our cookie banner. You may withdraw this consent anytime.

Privacy & Data Collection

  • Personal Information: We only collect data necessary to provide services (e.g., form submissions, subscriptions, order details).

  • No Sales or Rentals: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes.

    • Google Workspace & Analytics — form data storage & site usage analysis

    • DoorDash — food order processing

    • PayPal — payment handling

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
